锁定原因一般是多次输错密码/被主账号禁用/被主账号修改了密码/主账号到期； 解决：请联系该子账号对应的主账号，在主账号-个人中心-子账号设置页面，打开对应子账号的状态即可。

Do you mean some data you saw on SellerSprite is different from other similar platform? You can contact us through the online chat service, let’s check the details. SellerSprite estimates an item's sales(Parent ASIN) by its BSR in main category, and calculate the revenue with this. The accuracy of the data is around 80%, you can verify our data with the sales showed in the store front listing page, such as “10K+ bought in past month”

please make sure you downloaded the right version of SellerSprite extension that applys to your browser , and allow it to access all sites at “mange extensions” setting section.
