i paid for a month , then cancelled it but i was charged twice.please cancel my subscription this is not good customer support
reply : Yes, you has cancel it at 13/06/2021. and we charge you twice 21/04, 21/05, it's normally charged subscription service(Monthly Pay). So it never charge on 21/06.

I notice sometimes a large amount of items are added to the cart without my awareness when I browse Amazon with the SellerSprite chrome extention running. Are you aware of this bug? Is there a way to prevent this issue?
reply : Sorry for the inconvenience we caused. When you enter the Listing page, the extension will add the item to the cart automatically for the work of the feature-Stock Stats. Our system usually deletes the items in the cart automatically, but sometimes will not delete them until the next time because of poor network. If you are bothered, turn off the Stock Stats feature can prevent this issue: 1. Right-click the extension icon and choose settings 2. Turn off the Stock Stats
